Located in the heart of the lively Andrés Roig pedestrian area (Carrer d'en Toni Costa, 6), Restaurante Regina has welcomed generations of guests for over two decades. We began as a restaurant devoted to honest cooking, inspired by the grill, Balearic seafood rice dishes and the warmth of family gatherings in the Mediterranean breeze.
Twenty months ago, a new team took over with a clear passion: to preserve Regina’s traditional spirit while bringing a fresh, contemporary approach to its food. We asked ourselves a bold question: Could we offer a full menu — from crusty bread and homemade tapas to richly flavoured paellas, fresh pasta and desserts — without any gluten and without sacrificing any flavour?
The answer was a resounding yes. After months of culinary research, careful ingredient selection and rigorous kitchen procedures, we made our entire menu 100% gluten-free, creating a welcoming haven for food lovers where no one has to worry about cross-contamination.
We believe that fine Mediterranean cooking is at its best when served with genuine care. At Restaurante Regina we make warm, personal service a priority. We love hearing our guests’ stories, recommending the perfect Mallorcan wine to accompany each dish and explaining our preparation methods to anyone who needs clear information about allergens.
